Brr.

It is 32 degrees outside. There is an over half hour wait for a taxi cab now. The man who answered the phone at the local grocery store said they where jammed with people.

I think I'll just stay home.

Another One Down

Today was a cold day.

Currently it is 33 degrees outside. Tonight's low should be 26 degrees.

I am loving this weather.

Friday it seems the whole city will shut down on the day when the cold snap should pass. I will never understand this city's government. I swear one of the past mayors outlawed the use of logic.

Wensday Morning Yawn

It is 25 degrees outside. No birds no crickets no cats making noise. It is very quiet except for the drone of the heater doing its best to make my room warm. I love this weather.

The Cold And Dark

The local news has already report power lines breaking do to the falling temperatures. The power company claims it has teams ready to role if there are more reports of power outages.

Airlines have canceled several flights.

Frozen Hearts

It is currently 35 degrees. We are expecting days of below 50 weather. It may even snow before the cold snap is done.

I am watching "A Man For All Seasons." I also have four episodes of "Northern Exposure" to watch as well.

I played the new James Bond game. It was good but just good. The audio was muddy. The graphics where nicely done but not special. A good game. Just that and nothing more.

Another quiet day.

Today I watched Zoombieland. Now I want a twinkling.

New Net Same Fish

I had a quiet day today. Mostly I slept. I did reactivate my Net Flix account.
I watched the new Justice League cartoon.

I miss my dad.
Then again I miss my mom and my cats too.
I thought a lot about Bill and Mookie my cats.
Bill would rather spend time with my dad than me but Mookie just wanted to be someplace where the action was. As far as he was concerned our jobs where to entertain him. Mookie would sit on my bed and watch e work on my computer.

I also miss my dog Wag.

Looking To Tuesday

Shaken Not Stired

I just made my first milk shake with my brand new milk shake blender I got for Christmas.

Frontal Attack

A cold front just moved in. Wonderful thunder and lighting. Pouring rain and the tempature is going down. I love this kind of weather.

Yesterday was a sad day for me as I took delivery of my fathers ashes.

Presently he is sitting in his office.

Per his instructions I will spread his ashes out in the flower beds as he has asked.

For now he can be at rest. And he is missing all the cold weather he loathed so much.

One Thing After Another

Tonight I have no natural gas to run my heater.

I small leak was found in the meter in the back yard. There is also another leak that has yet to be dealt with.

My father health to a bad turn today as well.

At least it is not extremely cold. I just hope the cold weather lasts a few more months.

Day Two The Search Goes On

Well day two of the new year had less bad news.

I found the remote to my fan, the OLD fan not the new one in my bed room. Luckily it has been so wonderfully cold I haven't needed to turn on the fan. But I did put the old fan and it's found remote in the kitchen for when it starts to get hot again.

1-1-2011

Today was the first day of the new year.

Today I discovered my dish washer is not working.

Oh well at least it is not leaking.

I missed the New Years countdown as I was napping and not paying attention to the time.

Let us hope the new year brings better times and old true blue friends and new good friends.

Stuck In Your Teeth

Today was one of those days that get stuck in your teeth. Like those tasty puffy Cheetos that taste so good but you spend the rest of the day sucking bits of them out of your teeth.

It wasn't a bad day it was mostly nice but just kept going on and on.

It got unseasonably warm. Up to 82 degrees. It should get cooler for New Years.

I did brave my way to the grocery store and even saw my one of my favorite cab drivers.
New Years Eve.

I just want it to stay cooler for a few more months. The smaller my power bills is the more I can use to get out of the debt my fathers ailing health has put me in.

A Day

Today I packed up what little Christmas decorations. Everything is put up and waiting for next Christmas.

Sunday, December 26, 2010

The Day After

I how up to a house with a temperature around 66 degrees. I forgot to turn the heater on over night. I have the heater on and the house is at 74 degrees.

My heart has been pounding off and on all day.

I will miss the Christmas music and the Christmas smiles.

It won't take long for me to have the house undecorated for Christmas and I don't have anything for the New Year to put up.

Scary Day Silent Night

Today started out nice. I got out of the house and saw Santa. But when I got home the power went out and I got too hot. For a while I thought I may have to call an ambulance. But I did fall asleep and the power came back on. So I woke up to a hot house and had to turn the air conditioner on to cool things down. Now I am waiting for Santa but he is sending a cold front ahead of him. It is raining a wonderful cool winter rain out side and the temperature is slowly going down.

I doubt there will be any snow as there was in 2004 but I more than welcome the cooler temperatures.

Shortest Day of the Year

Today is the shortest day of the year. Where I am there will be 10 hours 22 minutes and 59 seconds of daylight today.

A Penny Saved

In an effort to hold bills down I have decided to turn the cable for the TV off next week.

It is another hot day here but it should get cooler for Christmas. However the chances of snow are from zero to zilch.

Slow Down You Move To Fast

It is December 21 and winter is flying by way to fast for my taste. Soon the heat will start up and hurricane season will return with all the stress that entails.
I want time to slow down.
I want the Christmas music to last.
I want cold weather and snow. Fat chance living in a city that has the same atmosphere as the mouth of hell.

On the other hand The Dallas Cowboys seem to have their stride back. Too late and to long. Why did it take so long to wake up and clean out the trash polluting the team?

So I am stuck with an ocean of money troubles and a bad heart. More heat and misery to come.
In the mean time I will enjoy the Christmas music and what little cold weather we get down here at the pimple on the black head of the ass of the cosmos.

Thought

As long as any government has unbridled control of the way people can communicate there will be warfare.

The Good Old Ways

Some one asked me what it would take to get me to go back to a theater to see a movie. 3D, better audio, what? My answer. Outlaw other people. Screaming kids, feuding couples, cell phone idiots, and loud talkers. I want to get my drink popcorn, sit down and watch the film in a cool theater without having to put up with anyone's crap.

Summer Nights

It is 79 degrees outside. The air conditioner is not whining under the strain of keeping the house cool under the heat of a summer night. Winter is a few months away and I can't wait. Now just to survive the rest of hurricane season without watching everything being blown to hell.

Wednesday, July 28, 2010

Good Day Sunshine

Today was a good day. Due to the cloud cover the tempature was not as hot as usual. We also got a wounderful rainfall. Over 1.8 inches of rain.
Saddly we heart of hurricane season has yet to start. We have two more months of storm season to survive.

Tuesday, July 27, 2010

July

It is July and getting hot here. However we should get some rain for the next few days and that should keep the temperature down a few degrees.

Friday, June 25, 2010

Yesterday

Yesterday was a hard day.
I have had worse but it was such a good day to start with then turn bad.
It is hot here and getting hotter.
After doing some stuff outside in the heat my heart started pounding and I kept trying to lay down and cool off but outside forces kept demanding my attention.

I can not wait for hurricane season to be over with even though it goes on to November. Actually I can't wait for September to get here and for things to start cooling off.

Time For Your Morning Heart Attack Sir

Last Thursday I woke up to my heart racing at a break neck speed to parts unknown.
By the time the cab got here and we got to the emergency room it was seven am. Just as I walked in one of four ambulances showed up carrying someone having a heart attack.
I learned later that seven in the morning seems to be time to have a heart attack. Everyone is waking up and getting ready for what ever the day holds. So they are placing their once happily sleeping hearts under stress and as a result are having a heart attack.
So after the paper work a nurse took me to a bed where I laid and listen to my heart do its impression of a warp engine in over drive. I also got to listen to a woman fighting to breath, a guy coughing up a small portion of his lung and two elder people having their morning heart attacks. After almost half an hour plus a nurse came in and did more paperwork. Took blood samples and Finally gave me some oxygen. half an hour later a doctor came in and we talked a bit and he announces "Your heart rate is almost normal so now I am waiting to hear from your doctor. Can I get you anything?"
I asked for a cold Sprite remembering Doctor Cooley telling me if I felt bad I should have one as they did good things for me.
I never had a better tasting Sprite.
A short while later filled with another ambulance showing up and a visit from a friendly janitor who moped up the floor with a big smile on his face.
Finally the doctor shows up again and announces I am low on Magnesium so they will give my some via IV drip. The doc stayed a bit longer and we talked a bit. The nurse set up the IV and left me to watch the clock.
The nurse came in unhooked me and had me sign even more paper work. And with that my big scare was over.
The whole miss adventure took three hours.

Update

Well I missed a whole month last month. So here an update to tell you what been going on.
Last month the 23rd was my birthday. It was quiet except for going to the big HEB grocery store. There was a birthday party for me in yo ville that Sunday night.
Other than yo ville cyber items the only birthday presents where the ones my friend Nancy sent me. She sent me a Dallas Cowboys t shirt and some home made bread and smart balance popcorn. My cousin came down and spent the day with me. He did a few little choirs for me and we got to talk some.
I been enjoying the cold weather but sadly it is coming to an end It will soon heat up and I will be miserable yet again.

A Pony Tail Between Friends

For the first time in months and months I wound up in the ER. My heart was racing at a rate of 187 beat per minute.

This was scary.

I went to the wrong ER meaning I went to a different one than I usually do. I was one of two people there. They wasted no time getting to work on me.

They give me two shots that did nothing. Then after some talking to the ER doctor they gave me a third shot. It made it hard to breath for about two seconds then my heart started to slow down. After that they just watched me and we joked around.

One nurse offered to cut off my pony tail.

They where all very sweet and gentle.

Blue Monday

Monday was spent making heavy decisions without any heavy lifting. I contacted a church to see if I could find some help with keeping the house clean. There are people who will help but they want 50 dollars. I don't have 50 dollars to spend.

I still have yet to make the funeral arrangements. I am not looking forward to doing this.

A friend of mine was thought to have committed suicide. Thankfully he has not.

What Men Are Thinking

1. Men are NOT mind readers.

1. Learn to work the toilet seat. You're a big girl. If it's up, put it down. We need it up, you need it down. You don't hear us complaining about you leaving it down.

1. Sunday sports. It's like the full moon or the changing of the tides. Let it be.

1. Crying is blackmail.

1. Ask for what you want. Let us be clear on this one! Subtle hints do not work! Strong hints do not work! Obvious hints do not work! Just say it!

1. Yes and No are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question.

1. Come to us with a problem only if you want help solving it. That's what we do. Sympathy is what your girlfriends are for.

1. Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument. In fact, all comments become Null and void after 7 Days.

1. If you think you're fat, you probably are. Don't ask us.

1. If something we said can be interpreted two ways and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one.

1. You can either ask us to do something Or tell us how you want it done. Not both. If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.

1. Whenever possible, Please say whatever you have to say during commercials.

1. Christopher Columbus did NOT need directions and neither do we.

1. ALL men see in only 16 colors, like Windows default settings. Peach, for example, is a fruit, not A color. Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have NO idea what mauve is.

1. If it itches, it will be scratched. We do that.

1. If we ask what is wrong and you say 'nothing,' We will act like nothing's wrong. We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.

1. If you ask a question you don't want an answer to, expect an answer you don't want to hear.

1. When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear is fine... Really!

1. Don't ask us what we're thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as baseball or golf.

1. You have enough clothes.

1. You have too many shoes.

1. I am in shape. Round IS a shape!

1. Thank you for reading this. Yes, I know I have to sleep on the couch tonight; But did you know men really don't mind that? It's like camping

I think this thing find Murphy's Law particles.

Sure As I'm Sittin' Here

Today was another panic ridden day. One near disaster after another.

I have reached a decision. One of the things that is driving me to depression is how dark the house is. I think I will find some rope lights and wrap them around the door frame in the kitchen. Some nice cool blue light in the kitchen in stead of the darkness that now lives there.

Brush Your Self Off

Wow. I really fell down there. This post a day stuff is harder than you would think.

OK here what has been going on. I have been working on trying to get my dad set up so he could live out the rest of his days without worries.

Or maybe I been trying to set it up so he could live out the rest of his days with out my worrying about him. I do not know which.

In any case after a very long week and scary week last week I feel better about things. I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel but I know there is an en to it.

Flash Back

I spent part of today thinking about the last show I did when I was doing TV production.

It was a music video show case with a religious flavor. The host who I am still great friends with would sit on a stool with a blinding light less than a yard away burn white hot strait into his eyes. Every light in the studio was on and most of them where aimed at the wall behind him. We would "chroma key" him into a back ground composed of a painting I did on a computer.

The switcher would remove the blue wall he was sitting in front of and by a bit of electronic wizardry replace the wall with what ever I choose. I was occasionally tempted to place him in front of on coming traffic, in deep space, or underwater with a shark swimming strait at him. He would not know until he saw the finished shot. But my self control won out.

So there he would sit there being blinded by a light, discussing the importance of a belief in God and in yourself. I wounder how about a belief in some good sunglasses.

The last show was melodically. Not only was this our final show together, and we knew it, weather or not we discussed it. But this was the final show for the studio. The nextday they would knock down walls and place in a bank of telephone lines.

After the shot we eited the show together. We talked about all the memories we had of the studio and the people who worked there. Once done we turneed the finished product in and cleaned up the studio. Everything went as usal untill I had to turn the lights off. I stood there for a few seconds looking at all the old and outdated equipmnet. It may have been old but we could do some damn impressive things with it.

I miss that clunky old studio.

More over I miss the people.

Some sadly have died. Some have drifted off in time, other I still talk to, one has become the closet thing I have to a brother and another is now a grand friend.

We did some amazing things in that old studio.

A Creature Of The Night

I am a creature of the night. I like the night. It is cooler and quieter. There is no one calling you trying to sell you some useless item you neither need or want. There in no one pounding on your door wanting your opinion on one topic or the other. There are no trucks trundling down your street rattling your windows.

Unfortunately the night dose not last. The daylight lovers will soon show theme selves. They wait behind the sun drumming their fingers on their desktops. Impatiently demand that you pay them. Demanding your fear, your sweat, and your tears.

Other than that things where very quiet here.

New Years Daze

Today was the first day of the new year. It has been nice and cold and I felt pretty good.
I been working slowly on my office throwing out tons of old paperwork I no longer need. I hope by the end of the week to have the room sorted out so its easier to use and more organized.

I have the week end off but have tons of things for next week. I have to take the cable box and modem back to the cable company. That means standing in line. I hate that. By the time I'll be done with that I'll be so tired I won't have any energy left.

I also want to see if I can find any free transportation for the disabled. Cab fare is killing me fiscally.

So far the new year is going well. I hope by the end of the week I have all this paper work sorted out it seems to be taking forever.

Merry Christmas

The magi, as you know, were wise men--wonderfully wise men--who brought gifts to the Babe in the manger. They invented the art of giving Christmas presents. Being wise, their gifts were no doubt wise ones, possibly bearing the privilege of exchange in case of duplication. And here I have lamely related to you the uneventful chronicle of two foolish children in a flat who most unwisely sacrificed for each other the greatest treasures of their house. But in a last word to the wise of these days let it be said that of all who give gifts these two were the wisest. O all who give and receive gifts, such as they are wisest. Everywhere they are wisest. They are the magi.

X Mas

I have been studying the Christmas decorations.
I have reach the conclusion that I will not decorate this year. My father is not here and he is the one that loved the tree.
I simply do not have the strength or energy to put up a tree. Everything else is stored up so high that I can not reach them.
I guess this year my motto is Merry X Mas: Go Scrooge Yourself.

Today

Today sucked.
I am worried if I will really get any help with all this stuff.
Everyone seem to have a reason not to help. I cant afford to hire anyone.
Maybe I should just sell the house and set up a trust to take care of my dad. Once that is done I could just blow my funking head off and be done with it.

Thankful

I thought I would post weekly a wrap up of my week so I could remember it.
Here what I ma happy for this week.

I am not in the hospital.
My friend is helping me with all the paperwork.
My copy of COD Modern Warfare 2 arrived faster than I thought.
The pecans have hit the stores.
The radishes are big this year.
My neighbors.
I got two cool cab drivers.

Things that make me unhappy this week.
The fact I had to pay 0.44 cents in due postage because some idiot at some office does not know how to read a postage meter.
The price of cab fare.

Vince Did It

I been playing WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010 for the X Box 360.
This is either one of the worst video games ever or one of the funniest.
First off everyone and every thing looks as if it was made of play doe that had been left in the sun too long.
The controls have been changed again but not for any improvement. Mostly just to the effect of being annoying. However the controls are responsive.
The audio is well done, nothing special just good enough to be understood.
The storyline in the main game is silly beyond words. You start out as a member of the audience of a show when Santino Marella invites you to challange him for his championship belt. You win the belt and start you career as a WWE Superstar.
The game does have a few good points.
You can make your own finishers. You can even make one where you launch yourself off the corner post.
You can off course create your own wrestler and his own entrance.
This is a rental.

The Un COLA

For the first time since 1975 the will be no Cost Of Living Adjustment.

Under the law, Social Security payments are supposed to increase annually if U.S. Consumer Price Index increase. But over the past 12 months, prices have declined. The CPI-W the price index upon which Social Security adjustments are based on has dropped 1.7 percent since September 2008.

So it's supposedly cheaper to live now. OK on that logic I think congress should take a pay cut of 1.7 percent and there should a pay freeze for two years.

Natal

Microsoft has announced project Natal. Basically a motion capture device for your home. Natal they claim will replace your controller.
In my view this will not happen for several reasons. One the Natal system requires very precise lighting. Lighting most homes do not come with.
Another and the main one is the player. People mostly do not want to jump around to play a game. They want to sit down and relax while they play a game.
However I do welcome the research into Natal. Natal could open doors into not only gaming but other fields for the disabled. I hope that in Microsoft's endeavorers they do not forget the disabled.

09 - 09 - 09

Today was a bad day.
It started very early when my father called me furious for one reason or the other. I had a doctor appointment a few hours later and was so upset by his call I never got back to sleep.
The the appointment. The 90 minute class turned into a four hour adventure. It turned out that the medicine I was on had done its job so well that it would not register on the machine. So I had to go to the blood lab.
I have to go back Friday for more blood work.

R U Ready For Some Football

Cowboys Football Season starts soon.

I'm looking forward to this.

Sunday September 13th will be the season opener at Tampa Bay.

We have a new hurricane. His name is Fred.
Position is 12.6 North 30.6 West
Max winds 75 mph.
Max gust 90mph.
Heading WNW @ 11 mph.
Pressure 987mb.

The current projections show him heading north out to sea and staying away from us.

September 10th is the peak of hurricane season.

Saturday, September 05, 2009

Wow

Long time no post.
A lot has happened from the last time I have posted.
My father has had a stroke.
He is getting better little by little.

In other news we are near the peak of hurricane season and I have already bored up the house just in case.

Also new game season is here and the next few months offer some new games for the 360.
In line are WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010. I am not to sure about this game, I hope they fix the fowled up control scheme from last year.

Next is Halo ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper) I have this as a must have. I love the Halo first person shooter series. In this game you will not play The Masterchief. You play a standard trooper.

Finally is the most promising game GTA4 The Ballad of Gay Tony. I know very little about this game other than it is made by the boys at Rockstar games. I trust these guys to deliver the goods.

Mid Point Big Teeth

Today marks the mid point of summer so hopefully it will start cooling off some. However I am not holding my breath.

This also marks the teeth of hurricane season. If we can get through the next six weeks without being destroyed.

Long Time No Post

Well things are very busy. My father been ill and I have hand my hands full taking care of him.
This month is almost done and the next two months are the teeth of of hurricane season. I am hoping for an uneventful season.

We are in a major drought. In fact the city is close to fining people for water their yards.

Meantime old water manes are breaking left and right and spilling thousands of gallons of water here and there.

I am feeling OK but I can not wait for it to cool off.

Welcome To Mars

I have been playing Red Faction Gorilla for the X Box 360.
This is one of the most enjoyable games I have played this year. You play a demolition expect who comes to Mars looking for peace but finds himself in the middle of a revolution. The colonist are tiring to expel the evil corporation from their lives.
The game is challenging at points but not frustrating.
The graphics are good but not ground breaking.
The audio is well done with the minor annoyance of having several people talking to you at the same time and their voices overlapping into a useless blabber.
The controls are easy to use with a minor learning curve.
The story line is better than a Arnold Schwarzenegger film but not by much.
The high point of the game is the fact that almost everything is breakable. You can take down a building, car, truck, or person with your trusty ax. Tanks are another matter. There is a wide variety of weapons and vehicles to use.
There a simple joy to driving a two story tall dump truck through a building.
This is a game you will recall, totally.

A Million Little Details

Today was a day full of little duties and jobs that make life so much fun.

I changed pharmacies to one that delivers as the cab fare across town is taking a huge bite out of my wallet.

I also caught McAfee up to their old tricks again. McAfee makes anti virus software. But to me they have become nothing more than a pack of thieves. I never did get the software t download properly and it never was installed on my computer and yet despite my complaints to McAfee they tried to bill me for another years of service. Typical internet thievery.

I also update my cell phones phone book and calander.

There has been a lot of little things today to keep me busy.

It still plenty hot here.

I just want to get through hurricane season without any major nad events happening.

Survive This

I would like to introduce a surviver style TV show for people who are sick of surviver style TV shows.
It will be called "I'm A Surviver Style TV Producer Punch Me In The Face."

People will enter by mail, e-mail, or phone call. Once a week one person will be chosen at random. They will be flown to a tropical and spend a week playing on the beach and having the time of their lives. Then on show day they will be escorted to a ball room full of self important looking people talking on cell phones. They will choice one person and punch them in the face. If that person does indeed produce a surviver style TV show he will be beaten and have all their worldly possessions taken away and left alone on a desert island. The contestant will be given a million dollars cash.

Me And The Man In The Moon

After years of looking I have finally found a song I heard once on the radio.
The song is called "The Man In The Moon" by the band The Scream.

You Can't Stop & Roll

The leadership in Iran and Washington DC are learning democracy's best friend is the Internet. The Internet can be slowed down but like they have learned in China it can not be stopped.

Iran is on the edge of major changes mostly due poor leadership.
There is also the effect of Twitter.

Twitter is letting the average person with a decent cell phone show the rest of the world see the conditions good or bad they must live in.

Twitter has killed the day of the slow to respond major news organization. CNN, MSNBC, and Fox NEWS all made asses of themselves last weekend by not reponding to the events in Iran.

Not New

Tonight may have been the last new episode of the Mythbusters for a while. They will show a rerun of an old show next week. I hope they are jut taking a week of to finish editing some shows and have new material for us in the future.

This week they looked into the myth that if you drive fast enough you can keep the inside of you convertible dry in a rain fall.

The build team looked into several myths involving popcorn. Just think about it makes me hungry.

All I have is old hideous microwave popcorn. Popcorn should not be damp.

Weather R Not

Today was another record matching day.
The entire past week we have either top or tied the record highs. It may cool down over the weekend by two degrees and then back to the record breaking heat. Currently it's 95 and hazy, like John McCain.

It's so hot I saw two trees fighting over a dog.

It's so hot the squirrels are handling their nuts with pot holders.

Fight Club

A young woman has come out claiming that the fight clubs set up in the state school is nothing new. That some students where even bused in for a state wide championship fight.

Meanwhile representatives of the state are in court claiming that the state should not be left open to lawsuits as a result of the investigations.

Here is a prime example that if you are handicapped you are considered to be a second class citizen or even less. If cattle where treated like this PETA and every other animal rights group would be yelling bloody murder.
But in this case you here no noise at all.

SHAME on the state of Texas. Those responsible should, if found guilty go to jail. I can guarantee no one will go to jail and as little that can be done will be done. Even less of the State thinks it can get away with it.

Catching Up

Long time no post.

Yesterday I saw my general practitioner. He is trying to help me from traveling a bunch on needless trips in this insane heat. I may be able to have a home nurse take my blood for the blood work I'll need for my blood thinner.

I have yet to make it to the grocery store and need to go. Fathers day is coming and I need to refill a medicine. I would also like to see if they have a new copy of my favorite comic book The Justice League of America. I wish there was a comic book store that mailed out.

The part that really sucks about being stuck at home is I miss my best friend so much.

Curves

Last night The Mythbusters looked into a so called myth that you can curve a bullet by firing a gun while it is in motion.
The one good thing in this movie was Angelina Jolie.
The one good thing in this myth was it's over with. I think the Mythbusters are running out of fuel.
Adam and Jamie looked into weather or not a sonic boom will brake glass.
This was fun and Jamie let Adam fly in a Blue Angels jet.

Is It Me Or Dose

Is it me or does Morgan Webb just get better looking?

Numbers Game

After a brief bit of number crunching I have discovered need fifteen more post to have a post a day equivalence in my blog. After this post I will need fourteen more post so at years end I'll have roughly a post a day. Expect a lot of small and even more pointless posts from me in the future.

Kiss Kiss Bore Bore

Last night Howard Stern was on the David Letterman show.
This led to some of the most boring TV ever.
Two old dogs so busy kissing each others ass. This was a ego fest complete off the scale.
Letterman is done. He just like Stern has been doing the same set of joke for decades.

Please CBS find someone new.

E3

G4 TV is looking at E3 which is the Electronic Entertainment Expo. They are previewing the most recent tech regarding entertainment.
And of course Bungie is pushing their new Halo game Halo 3 ODST. I am trying my best not to watch any of these previews so I can be surprised by the entire game when it comes out this year.

I have seen a few games I liked but nothing worth parting ways with my money over.

Loss

David Caradine was found dead today in his hotel room.
I'm stunned.
He was always a favorite of mine and someone I wanted to meet.
Anything with him in it was something I'd watch.
It's almost like losing a friend.
I hope he dancing someplace.

Well

I am still recovering from my most recent hospital stay Thursday and Friday of last week. Other than the usual collection of doctor appointments I'm looking forward to a quiet week. The heat is on here and I am trying to stay cool as possible.
New Mythbusters Wednesday.
